Daily check-in
Tell your person how you are each day.
The check-in records your mood, energy, capacity, whether you’re in the mood, and what you’d love today. Your person sees it as soon as you save.
Today
How are you feeling?
Today I’d love…
The scales
The four scales.
Each scale has five steps, and every step has a word label.
Mood
Fifteen to choose from.
Energy
How your body feels.
Capacity
What you have to give.
In the mood
Open to intimacy?
Pick what is true for you at the moment.
Today I’d love…
“Today I’d love…”
Pick what would feel good today. Your picks appear at the top of your card for your person to see.
You can pick a different set each day.
Twelve options
A little note
Something to share.
One optional note a day, up to thirty words, shown to your person on Home.
Past shares are saved in your Log, in “My shares” and “Their shares”.
Something to share
Up to thirty words, once a day.
“Finished the report I’d been putting off. Glad it’s done.”
Heads-ups
One-line heads-ups on Home.
Home shows a single line in three situations. It doesn’t give advice.
“Your energy is high, and Sam’s capacity is low today.”
“Sam’s period is due tomorrow.”
“You both slept badly last night. Maybe an early night.”
Period heads-ups appear only if your person has turned on cycle tracking.
In sync
When you’re in sync.
When your check-ins closely match, Home shows an In sync card.
The rule, exactly
You’re in sync when you’ve both picked at least two of the same “Today I’d love…” options, and your moods, energy, capacity and in-the-mood levels are each within one step of each other.
On low days the card says to go gently with each other.
Tuesday evening
Good evening, Sam
✨ You’re in sync today
You and Robin feel much the same today.
You both picked 🤲 Touch and 🕯️ Stillness. Mood, energy, capacity and in the mood are each within one step.
Optional
Sleep, engagement and habits.
Sleep
Last night, in half-hours.
Engagement
One to ten for how present and absorbed you felt in your day. It doesn’t measure how much you got done.
Habits
Up to three, two words each. Set how many days a week you’re aiming for.
The sliders stay locked until you tap them, so scrolling past can’t move one by accident.
